At TheraPetMD, we want you and your pet to love your new fashion finds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free from pet hair and signs of wear.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
